The Biography of Girajala Family Dynasty. The origin of the family is from Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Late Shri. Girajala Veeraju Garu the god father of the family dynasty, was an social worker and a politician who worked as president for 25 years for Rajahmundry rural area. After his astonishing service to the poor and the unliterate people, they treated him with respect and started adoring him and his family. He was blessed with 4 sons and 3 daughters. Unfortunately in late 70's he passed away, leaving his principles, service morals, reputation back in the District.
His Elder son Shri. Girajala Krishna Rao, who was elected anormously as a President for two terms for the Kadiyam Mandal. The political carpet then welcomed the family to grew up. Later, in early 80's when Late Shri. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, a famous tollywood actor who inaugarated Telugu Desam Party invited Shri. Girajala Venkata Swamy Naidu into the party. With an Spectacular majority he won as an M.L.A from Kadiyam Consituentcy. That was the first window to make the "Girajala" family dynasty popular among the East Godavari District and the rest of state. The family got very popular in next few years when Shri. Girajala Venkata Swamy Naidu was elected as M.P (Member Of Parliment, Rajahmundry) from BJP against Shri. M.V.V.S Murthy, Chairman of Geetham University and educational Institutions, with a majority of 15,000 votes. He was also Member, committee on commerce and Member, consultative Committee, Ministry of power. The family is populated with various leaders for people like Shri. Girajala Nageswara Rao, Girajala Babji and Girajala Babu who worked for people and youth. They have dipped in almost all industries, agriculture fields.
